WF Li is the trainer in this Topic, he is: Accredited (coach) Assessor for China Mercedes Benz, Graduate of Team Business Coaching, ICF Suzhou Chapter Director,Certified TalentQ Assessment Trainer. WF had led in designing and implementing intervention-based leadership development workshop for intact teams and work groups. His work in this area includes identifying areas critical to effective team functioning and to build the necessary competencies to ensure optimum team performance. He has conducted the customized team workshop and has helped their managers to obtain the team management skills including effective communication, coaching & mentoring, conflict management, change management, creativity & innovation…etc.
