Communicated with the Chief Xu Xiao Ming of Social Development Bureau this afternoon, the agenda on Jul 10^th as follows:

2:30pm-3:00pm: Charity Ceremony (Photo & video shooting)

3:00pm-3:30pm: Award & Speech by representatives (Photo & video shooting)

3:30pm and after: PC transit by government

The venue will be informed later.

Dear all,

Now we have confirmed the total quantity of donated computer as attached. Hence, appreciated your great support & contribution.

After communicated with the SIP government, the date has been confirmed on 10^th July (morning), the venue is in Lou Feng Area(娄葑). The SIP Society Community will arrange the vehicle for transit one by one according to the location of listed companies. One or two representatives will be invited to attend the Charity Ceremony.

Dear all GMs,

Be well-known, our association are always interested in charity contribution. Since we originated the Used Computer Donation Activity last year, now it has become one of our beneficent focus. Hence, we would like to organize the 2^nd Used Computer Donation Activity.

The general flow will be different from last year, the donative computers from all walks of life can be old but need to be on usable condition, as we may not look out for a professional qualified computer repair and regeneration company in Suzhou. These computers will be donated to the poor areas, or hopeful school or others.

Please support this activity and transfer this mail to your IT or HR depart or others. And then let us know how many used computer can be provided.

If possible, please provide me a rough number of your donated computer before Jun 8^th, so as to communicate with the relevant charity committee.

For companies who join in the computer donation activity, please provide a contact person with hand phone number for coordination.
