Dear all GMs,

When the generation after 1990s has gradually become mature in workplaces, the popular management theory and practice confront embarrassment and difficulties. The theories were born before 1990s, and they are confusing the managers now when coping with those 1990s employees. The attempt to change them is doomed to fail, and the only way is to change the management methods. The rules are changing, not only in workplaces, but also in the whole society. The environment in which the 1990s grew up tagged them different seriously from the elder.

Hence, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce a training course, called 90’s Generation Employee Management Training. Trainer Mr. Wang Ziheng, who is graduated from Nankai University and Victoria University, Australia. MBA, is expert of CYL Beijing Youth Pressure Management Service Center. He has been devoted to research and training work. For several years he has been focusing on Pressure, EQ, Interpersonal Relations, Communication, Management Psychology, and has launched the Mentalism Performance Action, combining performance with psychology. He will be in Shanghai on Apr 18^th, could come and do this training for GMs in our association on Apr 19^th.

Course date proposed is Apr 19^th (Thursday), 9:15am-5:30pm(lunch time: 12noon to 1:45pm); venue: Conference room 0203, SIPAC bldg.

This training is in mandarin, and is only suitable for GMs or above level and cost is RMB 25,000 for one day session which will be borne by SIP Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. And the trainer’s accommodation & transportation expenses will be covered by our association.

The seats are limited, based on first-come-first-service principle. Please notify me of your interest in participation before Apr 13^th to facilitate arrangements.
