Attached is an invitation of Year End Operation Excellence Forum which will be hosted by Lean and 6 Sigma Council, together with GM Club. A lot of top executive and middle level managers from different companies to be invited and it is free of charge. It is one day event covering lean application, 6 sigma, supply chain improvement etc. As the venue is commodious enough, each company can send a group of people to join, General manager, Ops director/managers, purchasing and logistic managers are all right candidates to join this meeting.
