Dear all,

We verballly got the confirmation from SIPHRD and Samsung internal employees that Samsung group DL will have 40% and IL will have 8% salary increase from this month. Detailed will be discussed in the meeting.

Under this circumstance, we initiate our 2nd SEA HR Subcommittee meeting for HR Managers to meet and discuss ASAP and find out how many companies have/will have the same change and what’s the negative impact to our manufacturing company in SIP. Besides this, we will invite SIPHRD and SIP government officers to share with us what’s the most effective way to manage outsourcing contractor and how to fix if any strike event happen.
