This Lean Benchmark plant visiting is designed to help senior management team to evolve their managing conception so as to make the management team passionately support lean manufacturing. In this visit, we will show you the world-class enterprise business operating and its experience.

This one-day visit is suitable for all GM or MD or PD Manager level. For the limited number of this visit, we only provide a quota for each company. All expenses except the transportation between Suzhou and Shanghai will be covered by the association.
