Speaker bios: 
Tommy Li has over 8 years human resource consulting experience in the areas of job analysis and evaluation, compensation & performance management system design, talent management, competency coding。
Mr. Li has led and participated in many consulting projects for large MNCs and SOEs. He obtained a Master of Law from Nanjing Normal University and also graduated from Johns Hopkins University – Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.
