Bill Ye is a senior manager specializing in tax transfer pricing.  He has more than 9 years of tax service experience in Deloitte with more than five years of extensive experience in contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing audits, advanced pricing agreements, and international tax planning.
In addition to his transfer pricing experience, Bill has also worked as tax manager in the National Tax Technical Center of Deloitte China for one year to help his colleagues deal with comprehensive Domestic (PRC) and International tax issues. He has served more than 40 clients in a wide variety of industries.
