Q: What are the membership benefits / services for joining GM Association committee?
A: Advocacy, Professional Development, Networking, exposure and Social activities, Business Briefings, Information Desk, etc.
Q: How do I apply for membership?
A: Get the membership application form from the secretary, fill in and submit to the Chairman, and make an introduction about the company in GM meeting, and then get approval and welcome by membership companies. Contact: Secretary Jiang Yu Jie, Tel.18662210684, e-mail: Yujie.Jiang@Honeywell.com
Q: How long does it take to join?
A: Immediately upon receipt of your application form, and make the company introduction in the latest GM meeting, and get approval on spot. Then you are eligible to participate in all SEA events at member rates.
Q: How much need I pay for joining the GM Association?
A: 1000RMB one year.
Q: Do I have to be the company in SIP?
A: Yes. At present stage, we only have SIP companies join the committee for alignment. And we will consider companies outside SIP as our members in the future.

A: We do not release our database information, as it is confidential.
- PUBLICATIONS/ SERVICES
Q: What is your Briefings about and does it go only to members?
A: Our briefings Weekly Interactive is published every Friday afternoon via email to membership companies’ representatives. It mainly concerns doing survey on some important issues raised by our members, and then give feedback, and also we have blacklist for some companies and persons who conducted very unpleasant affairs and services, besides, we provide some updated information for sub-committees.
Q: Can I place a survey in your Weekly Interactive Briefings?
A: Yes. You can contact Secretary Jiang Yu Jie, Tel.18662210684, or Yujie.Jiang@Honeywell.com and inform her your survey content, and can get feedback soon.
Q: Can I get a complimentary copy of your publication, or a discount if my company is a member?
A: The Briefings is softy copy, free of charge.
Q: My company is a member, can you send me the Members list?
A: We can send out members the name list, but do keep it confidential.
Q: What kinds of events do you hold?
A: SEA organizes minimum 4 quarterly routine meeting every year and some extra seminars for important topics. The committee mainly concerns the business development environment, cooperation between members, communications with government, talent recruiting and maintenance, etc. This meeting is only open to GM & above level, no lower representative is required. ( e.g. HR Manager)

Q: Can anyone join the GM Association?
A: Only the membership company GM or above level will be designated to join the programs.
Q: Do you rent your conference room?
A: We don’t have a designated conference room. Volunteers are solicited to host the meetings but usually the chair company will be the default meeting place in the event of no volunteer.
